For example, if in your health record you indicate that you have diabetes, that single piece of information is tagged with a CUI that is specific to diabetes. Every user that indicates he or she has diabetes receives this CUI tag.

Interactive tools within the Website, gather self-reported Personal Health Information. Additionally, some of these tools can store Personal Health Information coming from third party data interchange agreements between your employer, health care provider, pharmacy, lab and diagnostic centre, doctor and other third parties that provide data interchange services.

You can share the entire record with anybody on the network or with your entity manager if you are associated with an entity.
You can share individual entries with people in your network on aforementioned levels. For example, you might decide to share a particular allergy and the relevant medications to your physician while hiding the rest.

You can also share individual sections like medications to an individual on your network. For example, you can share the entire allergies section and the medications section of your child to the school nurse.
